A Motion to amend the Constitution will be put to those present at the AGM. The Motion is as follows:
Motion: That section 18(2) of the ANZMapS Constitution be amended to read ‘(2) The office bearers of the Society are the President, Vice President, Secretary and Business Manager. No member shall hold the same office bearer position for more than six consecutive years.’
Nominations are also urgently sought for positions on the committee, especially as several committee members will not be available for further nomination.
ANZMapS committee comprises: President, Vice President, Secretary, Business Manager, and Editor, in addition to two ex-officio positions. All roles may be nominated for and voted on at the AGM.
